Yung MDEC letter ba. original letters ba yun na 2 copies(1 personal, 1 embassy)  or it can be emailed by my employer at pwede i print to show it in embassy.

Ganito kasi sabi sakin ng employer

Sila na daw bahala sa Reference Visa ko, they said , icourier ata nila directly to malaysian embassy sa pinas, parang appearance with other requirements na lng daw need ko... Just wanna know kung pwede ba yung ganito, or I still need that MDEC Letter with the other requirements...

Those are original documents so I doubt they will just allow you to print it out..

I haven't tried that kind of processing even ung mga naunang tinulungan ko sa processing. Normally, HR will send that 2 letters to the applicant and you will bring it to Malaysian Embassy with other requirements.

Not so sure if it's possible to send the letter directly to Malaysian Embassy (Embassy copy) . How about your personal copy? You need that copy upon arrival here in Malaysia.

Tourist kami nagpunta dito sa Malaysia then binigay ng employer namen yung employment visa namen. wala kami poea, pano kaya yun. first timer here. thanks

mukang masasagot po ung tanung nyo pagbinasa nyo from the start... but sure ka ba na meron ka ng working permit?? anung field po ang work mo?

Yup may  EP visa na kame without poea, inasikaso ng employer namen. Nahirapan sila makakuha actually ng EP kasi requirement yata nun yung POEA dapat. Nagkakaproblem sila sa pagkuha ng poea namen. Nirerequire daw sila ng poea dito sa malaysia na iprocess yung poea sa isang agency sa pinas. Eh yung agency sa pinas na yun nag rerequire samen magbayad ng placement fee na one mo. sal namen, unfair samen or sa employer namen na magbayad sa kanila. So ayun inasikaso ng emplyr namen ang visa na walang poea. Kami n daw bahala sa poea. Worried lang if kami mismo ang pupunta sa polo dito, ipprocess ba nila ang papel namen?
Hindi kame pwede umuwi sa pinas pra dun iprocess ang poea, irrequire kme iprocess pag nagkataon thru agency. Anlaki ng hinihinngi nilang bayad n plcment fee para iprocess yun.

Malaki problma nga yan. Try to call our POEA/ POLO office here if pwede sila magprocess ng POEA. Ang reason kasi na papadaan kayo ng agency sa Pinas  pag yung current company mo have already hired 10 Pinoy employees, ang ika 11 dadaan na yun ng agnecy sa Pinas.

I have go through with your situation, pero buti n lng yung company ko nagbyad pra sa agency sa Pinas, worth $500  din and processing fee lahat.

yeah correct po irerequired nila kau mag agency talaga, kasi ang limit lang is 10. pero ask ko lang, anu po ba ang style/structure ng company nyo? kasi samin ganito ang ginawa nila. meron kaming overall company tapos each meron siang division, usually makikita mo un sa registration nila kung minsan ang isang company meron cla 2 or more SDN BHD na number, ganun ang ginagawa ng company kc ang chinecheck nila sa POEA is ung company name. at SDN BHD #

Thanks sa replies. Not sure kung ilan pinoy na hire nila. Pro parang kame palang, ask ko sila. May mga pinoy cla hired before pero resigned na. Prang nabanggit nila na dati daw nadalian lang cla mag hire ng pinoy. Ngyon sakit sa ulo, lolz, nadala na yta cla mg hire ng pinoy dahil sa experience nla samen. Kung punta kame polo ok lng kaya? Hindi naman kame pauwiin? Unfair kasi yung accredited agency if ever, isang buwan ng swldo namen ang sinisingil unfair naman yta yun to think na wla cla gnawa to earn that, anlaki nun. Sir newbie lang, parang ang mahal naman ata sobra for the OEC lang na kailangang i-secure kung uuwi ka?

Direct hire din ako, uuwi pa lang ng pinas. Eto po ang tanong ko, kung di po ako POEA member, ano po ang ipapakita kong document to secure OEC sa pinas? salamat.

OEC ay 10RM lang kung kukuha ka d2 sa Phil. embassy sa KL, kung sa Pinas ka naman 100 Pesos.

Kung di po kayo member, Kailangan nyo po magparegister sa Embassy as legal OFW thru POEA/OWWA membership para po makakuha kayo ng benepisyo bilang isang regular sa OFW.

Isa po sa requirements ang Resibo sa POEA/OWWA na nagpapatunay na kayo po ay lehitimong miyembro para ma avail nyo po yung OEC.

May bagung requirements, need mo rin magbayad ng pag-ibig, pero dont worry mura lang naman yun. hehehe

So if my understanding is correct, halos wala naman palang pinagkaiba yung inasikaso mo yung papeles mo sa pinas undergoing POEA and OWWA procedure saka kung direct hire ka? Kasi pag umuwi ang direct hire, pwede rin syang syang kumuha ng OEC, balik mangagawa ang tawag, ang kailangan lang is document (passport, I.D, job contract) as per balik mangagawa requirement.

Pasensya na po sa iba, ksi ang feeling ko while reading this thread is parang pag direct hire ka and di ka dumaan sa POEA/OWWA sa pinas eh mahihirapan kang umuwi at bumalik sa Malaysia. Di naman pala..plain and simple kung direct hire ka dito sa Malaysia, pwede ka naman pala umuwi sa pinas, just secure OEC sa Philippine Embassy or sa NAIA which is ang term eh BALIK MANGAGAGAWA.
