Hello Sir Jetty and mga ka-forum!

Hingi po ako ng feedback from anyone whose working or have worked in Nityo Infotech. Tinawagan kasi nila ako for interview kanina and I'm wondering kung totoo ba yung job posting (IT post). Gusto ko kasi sana magwork dun and gusto ko lang din malaman yung feedback ng mga pinoys working in Malaysia about Nityo. Immediate hiring daw kasi and before Christmas aalis daw pa KL yung first batch.

wala naman cgurung problema kung try nyo pong mag apply, pero make sure na wala po kaung babayarang pera / cash sa knila, parang play safe lang po.


take note : basta okey ang offer sau, walang kinocollect na pera go na po

I agree with Mod Jhaypee,

As long as they give you a good offer and you will not pay anything it should be fine...Just make sure that all your request and transaction are in black and white form para if in case may habol ka po...If ever na gagastos ka man...dahil sa medical,passport and visa application but all those thing are refundable sa company po...

Just try to apply po, if ok naman po..make sure that you will undergo sa correct procedure of application to avoid issues/problems...

@ellaprincess: I also applied at Nityo infotech as a Service Desk Analyst rin. I have already signed the letter of intent and I'm currently waiting for the actual Job Offer. Gusto ko muna makita yung contract. Sabi nila second batch na raw ang aalis this December. I'm trying to clarify with Nityo kung yung basic salary nila ay taxable and aside from that kung may allowances and night differential since sabi nila nightshift rin ang work schedule. They won't answer me pa. Sabi ng recuiter baka nakalagay sa JO.

Tanong ko rin po mga pips kung yung RM 3500 is 7% rin ang tax. Kung mandatory rin ang night diff. gaya dito sa pinas?

Ang alam ko lang sa letter of intent if I can still recall it. Aside from the 3500 RM basic salaray. They are offering 2 weeks accomodation, 12 VL's, 14 SL's and Medical benefits (outpatient and hospitalization).

May balita rin ako sa first batch nakaalis na may additional RM 500 na allowance. So total is RM 4000.

batch 2 ako sa nityo for service desk..january 11 ang tentative date..

Just make sure that all you've discuss with your employer will be on a written form.Normally, basic salary is taxable.

Based from my previous reply Tax varies on the company and form of payment,
Example :
1. They have one (1) year flat 14%,
2. Six (6) months 27% then succeeding months is regular resident tax payment
3. Flat resident tax percentage for the whole year.
4. etc..
But at the end of the line, make sure that what they deducted from you is really existing in your payslip. Bare in mind that every year you can have your tax refund if you will be paying more than the equivalent percentage of your resident tax. (Refund is only applicable for more than 6months stay in Malaysia).

12 VL is the regular VL for foreign workers (1 day per month). Clarify also if your salary is on daily basis.Some company, no work no pay. Imagine it's a holiday and no work..they don't pay you  as well.Some company do that so make sure that you really take time to read and understand your contract.Mahirap na pong magoyo...hehehe.. If nakalagay nmn na monthly basis..then it should be fine.. =)

RM 3500 is 7% rin ang tax - yup..around that range po...night diff - I'm not sure if it is mandatory but based on my experience they pay more if you work at night.

Hi, I've been to Malaysia (bakasyon lang) yung frend ko andun sa CSC. hired din xa ng Nityo. Sa CyberJaya daw yung location nya. Most likely Petaling Jaya cguro yung isa pang location.

Btw, just to ask open pba yung SD position ng Nityo? Inquire namin kasi gusto namin apply. Di na kami umabot sa first batch eh :c

paiba iba ung nababasa ko at ung mga sinasabi sa akin..sabi ng agent ko sa nityo, yung 1st 6 months daw ay 16% ang tax, tapos after that 3% na lang daw and refundable yung 1st six months?

Kagaya po ng sinabi ko sa previous post ko...Tax payment will depend on the company arrangement.
Any type/mode of payment sa tax , mgfafall pa rin po sa same category. Iba lang po kasi ung way nila sa pagkuha ng tax. Basta siguraduhin lang po na nasa payslip po ang deduction niyo...Para pag magfifile po ng tax refund magrereflect din po dun if may marerefund po tayo or we still need  to pay.

pag dating po sa application ng tax refund lalo sa online, makikita din po natin dun ang mga binayaran talaga ng company natin.so if my discrepancy siya sa payslip then we can question our company.Normally, mgbibigay nmn ang company ng Summary ng tax mo including other information before the filing date...
