of course your employer would not agree on this and i dont agree on this, since your asking for a SALARY in SG rate but your going to live and spend in Malaysia? Doesnt make sense (unless main branch ng company mo is SG pero malabo parin ung 2x)

although tama ung sabi ni lance na, hingi ka ng mataas para pagnagkabaratan, hindi gaanung mababa ung sahod mo, pero ingat sa pahinga ng mataas, may mga employer na disappointed sa ganitong attitude.  Dapat justifiable lagi po.

misunderstanding, ibig kong sabihin, kung nasa pinas at naghahanap ka ng work sa sg at my..un asking rate mo ng sgd sa sg employer, gawin mong x2 kung ang nagiinterview ay my employer.  Wink

Chill mga bros...hehehe..

Pero guys, there are cases that the company is SG based and the offer is in SGD and it depends if you want to convert it to RM (deployment is Malaysia). I have a friend who have that kind of scenario and tiba tiba siya dito sa Malaysia.. =)

On the other hand, may mga companies na dito nila ibabased ang sahod mo even though the company is SG based... Depende po yan sa arrangement ninyo...but 90% po they will not multiply the SGD offer with X2....hehehe...


On my part... If ako ang sumasahod ng PHP80,000 ++ sa pinas..I think i will stay sa pinas kung ang offer lang nila is RM6,500.. Being with your family is priceless.. Yun lang nmn po ang point of view ko...

And I agree with Mod Jhaypee, dapat justifiable nmn ang asking price natin basing on our skill sets and years of experiences...

question lang, magkano expected salary mo for a 2 year experience?

and magkano current salary mo sa pinas? kasi yung 6k RM almost 84K pesos na yun.

if you'll go for net, you'll like SG more.hehe

For 2 years experience sa IT and offer is RM6k malaki na po yun..Unless specialist ka po...

Sabagay depende rin ung sa salary mo dati sa Pinas .. Tongue

Wow! Ang laki naman po ng offer na 6K for two years exp (para sa akin lang po).  Ano po pala ang skill set nyo at what company baka pwede kami mag apply dyan hehehe  Grin

Ako nga almost 3 yrs XP ang sahod ko dati is RM2000.00...wuahahaha..

I know Jhaypee nanakarelate ka..wuaahahaahahaha..

"PS : kaya ayaw kung pumunta sa salary thread eh, naiinis lang ako hahahah" - kasi dati sa atin , wala pa tayong kamuwang muwang about salary range...hahaha

correct jetty, wala pang lintik na My Pinoy Lah, kaya 2k mataas na hahahaha, wala ring mapagtanungan, tapos malalaman natin ganun pala ang kalakaran dito hahaha, pero nakapirma na ng contrata, swerte nila ngaun.


Well anyway, mataas talaga ung offer sau, ung kakilala ko nga 10years in programming = 10k ang offer sa kanya, hehehe, ikaw 2 years = 6k, meaning kapag 5 years mo = 10k+ narin? wow

Yup tama ka sir kaya pa 6 digits.. tsk tsk sayang  Grin dapat nagpost ka muna dito bago mu tinangap yun offer.. hehe lam mu ba na sa 6k na offer sayo ganun din ang makukuha ng agency mu? Ganun kalaki ang budget ng client sa mga contract agency dito kaya may buffer pa yan mga yan kung sakaling magnegotiate ka.. Sure ka na ba? Kung confident ka nman sa skills mu pwede ka magbackout hangat di ka pa nakakarating dito and magtry sa iba pa at humingi 6 digits kasi once na pumunta ka dito ang hirap umalis kung may magoffer na ibang company na mas malaki kung under contract ka pa.. hehe Wink  Anyway goodluck sayo and welcome to Malaysia hehe  Tongue

anong industry ka? i don't think it's a good idea at this point. isipin mo na lang kunwari ikaw un agent, anong magiging tingin mo kung gawin sayo un? good luck and welcome to MY  Grin
