Thanks for replying. I used to work with SCICOM Bhd, Nokia account but I quit last June.  I would really appreciate it if you can get back to me ragarding your company, positive or negative news. Additional info nga pla, I was a senior trainer in the Phils before I ended up here in Malaysia and I have experience in Technical Support, Telesales (inbound and outbound), Customer Service and email support. If you need details about my work background I can send you my full resume, just let me know. Smiley

I dont think Cyberjaya would be an issue, I'll try to search their website. Thanks for the info...What company do you work for btw? Reason Im asking is baka may mutual aquantance tayo sa company niyo being that BPO ka rin pla but you dont need to answer that question if your not comfy disclosing it here.  Wink

Hi Irving,

I already send email to our HR department since she is not answering her phone. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. My company is NESS Global, but I'm working with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) as a client....and under ACS another set of clients..hehehe..(a little bit complicated)

I'm hoping that I can get the feedback from her asap since I'll be moving also to my new company next week.

I completely understand...The BPO industry can be confussing sometimes... Cheesy
