Hi Team MPL,

Need ko po ng inputs and suggestions nyo, I'm in bad need of a pink laptop, need it before I go home on the 13th. Ang hirap mamili, alam nyo naman, pag tayong mga boys e, we go for power and specs, pero pag sa ladies e, looks, basta pink good sa kanila.. haiii 

My wife is eyeing the sony vaio C series pero it looks over rated! I saw a the pink Asus A series, I also saw a pink Lenovo.

I noticed pag colored yong laptop, they normally come underpowered, normally just with an I3 proc and either 512 or 1GB AMD GPU.

Ang hirap mamili, target ko po sana is to get a pink laptop, that has an i5 proc in it, and 1GB dedicated RAM, the rest of the specs pwede ng paglaruan, pero those 2 preferences, I really want, ayoko naman kaseng bumili ng basta pink lang, kelangan may power din.

Para kay esmi nga pala toh mga ser in case you guys are wondering baket pink! hehehe

My vote for SONY VAIO pink!

yung Asus A43sj = K43sj, iba pangalan dito kesa pinas. pinsan kasi to nang laptop ko kaya pwede ako magcomment:

+aluminum finish
+Ice cool tech (palm-rest surface is cooler thanks narin sa aluminum finish, though pag nagplay ka games expect na uminit, pero di naman ganon na uncomfortable na)
+NVIDIA GT 520M  = entry level grahics card na: can play new games at low settings
+chicklet keyboard, indi madaling dumihan (though bili ka nalang keyboard protector)

- Fn and Ctrl keys parang baliktad (pag nasanay ka sa ibang laptop hehe)
- walang optimus tech (videocard switching if apps doesn't need to much power: but come to think of it mababa lang power consumption nang videocard nito)
- anlaki nang AC adapter! tipong parang brick na sa itsura, mukhang sosyalin laptop pero wag mo lang ipakita yung AC adapter hehehe.
-mas mabigat ito kesa sa ibang laptop

I owe this pero black huh hehe, naka 8gb RAM kasi free yung 4GB. cheap pa hihi kasi nagtitipid ako hehe eto pa nga gagamitin ko sa pag develop eh hihi kaya I think peroformance wise ayus sya for me under rated lang hihi

hmmmm, from what i know scratchembeatz, gusto rin ng misis mo na handy and light ung laptop? any size ba or 13inches and gusto nia? syempre pag babae maarte kaya dapat handy sia.


i go for vaio, un nalang po kasi ang powerful and handy na laptop, maganda din ung ASUS, but i think you cannot get i5 CPU. Usually po kasi kapag maliit, handy, tapos powerfull ung laptop, hnd na papasok sa budget mo. or You could try MC AIR, kaso hnd kasi sia PINK hehehe


unless gusto mo po try ung ASUS EEPC, but dual core lang sia, pero performance wise ok naman sia, subuk na po. Just put 4GB of RAM para hnd halatang dual core. Tapos battery nia up to 16HOURS, usually ganun ang mga gusto ng girls, wala naman cla pakialam sa specs, heehhe, gusto lang nila handy and light. Ok din ung presyo nia hindi mabigat pero iba parin syempre ang VAIO

Salamat sa mga input mga papz. By the way, I saw a pink Macbook Air that has a 2nd gen i5 proc/4GB RAM/1GB dedicated GPU/and i think 64GB SSD but the price is a skyrocketing RM3500.. WTF! sobrang mahal.. hehe..

@ myuser: Papz, my friend is using the same A series notebook, yong 15.6" LCD na i5 proc, i agree good notebook siya, pero when I asked, yong pink na A series nila only comes with an i3 proc and 14" screen. may pink i series ba na i5 ang proc?

@ mod jhay143pee: papz, ako kase gusto ko malaki, like 15.6, pero tama ka, since gurl, dapat maliit, she has an asus eeepc, so i might settle with a 14" notebook. I checked digital mall and they're having promotions for the colored A series, for RM2000, you get an i3 proc/1GB dedicated DPU/500GB hdd/6GB RAM; for RM2050 naman, you get an 8GB RAM. nakakabulag, pero for the same price, you can get a much powerful acer notebook n, running an i5 proc.

i checked sa digimall papz, sabe i3 lang A series na colored nila.. hehe.. so far mukhang mauuwi ko sa c series ng sony

boss kelan mo ba balak bumili hehehe? pero target mo sa april pa diba? mabilis po magpalit ang technology ngaun, kung bibili ka now tapos papadala mo rin now better but, kung bibili ka now, tapos ibibigay mo pa sa APRIL, ok lang nman un kung ikaw muna gagamit at wala kang laptop, kaso kung meron, i suggest sa april ka na bumili hehehe, mabilis po bumaba ang price, saka mabilis cla magpalit ng technology, dati bili ko sa laptop ko i3, 8gb = 2k, ngaun i5 na ung 2k 8gb ram pa, baka pag dating ng april ung 2k i7 na makuha mo para kay misis mo hehehe

medyo rush papz, iuuwi ko sa pinas this Aug 13, pasalubong kay misis, para matikman naman nya unang sweldo ko, and maisip nyang sulit binook nyang ticket ko (ALTHOUGH AKO PA RIN NAMAN MAGBABAYAD).. wahaha..

i agree papz, sobrang bilis talaga magbago ng technology, kaya minsan mapapa dalawang isip ka talaga pag gusto mo ng bumili.

sorry po nadelay ang reply.. nauwi ko sa sony vaio C series for 2999RM, got it with a free pink vaio mouse, pink vaio carry bag, pink vaio backpack, pink keyboard plastic cover, pink 320GB pink sony external hdd
