- Raise any risks identified to the management
- Dial In to business meetings to support RMS onsite coordinator for any additional details needed about deliverable/tasks/ticket
- Maintain an Issue tracking sheet for the team that contains escalated issues thru tickets and emails. This includes deliverables requested during a business meeting
- Manage shift resources
- Attend to issues pertaining to the shift
- Create schedules for the team
- Ensure reject reprocessing and monitoring is executed during shift
