Hello everyone!

First time ko dito  Wink

I recieved an email a week ago. Mukhang direct hire from an IT consulting company in KL. I had my Phone interview and then kanina the face to face interview. Ngayon I was informed by the boss na basic ko is 1,200 only pero libre ang accommodation and mukhang ok naman yung incentives pero sa tingin nyo ok na nga ba tlga un? Parang ang liit kasi eh. Sabi ko nga perstaym eh hehehe. He'll get na my passport tomorrow so game na tlga siguro.

Hi flippchick,

Kung Libre accomodation mo ( usually 500-800RM yan)

Gagastusin mo na lng Food ( 300-400RM/ month)  Transpo (depende sa location ng work place from accomodation house)

let say  800 RM  net mo?

If they say you have incentives, dapat nakalagay din dpat sa contract mo.  Grin

Also Ask about your Leaves, Medical Benefits, and especially  OT.   Wink

Ang pagkakaalam ko is RM2,500 ang minimum ng IT consultant  + ung other benefits like housing or travel allowances..

Honesly, ako ng-umpisa rin sa 2K + Monthly allowance...in addition to that free housing, transpo, Internet bill, phone bill and most of the time free ang food.

I never worked in a construction company here actually more on mechanical and process ang work ko dito... reason kasi madami na ding locals na CE dito... ang asking salary depends sa experience at sa projected expenses mo.. goodluck!

Hi Sir, ngaun q lng uli nbuksan ang forum na to, fortunately nkhanap n po aq ng work dto sa SG, 6 months n din aq s current work as site engineer. Mraming salamat po.

Hi pakingtoy316

Ako po si etc. (lol)

Step2 Medical, Process Sa My embassy for stamping at POEA

or
Step 1 tapos  lipad kna sa Malaysia for Stage 2, pero papasok ka as tourist at dito na rin aasikasuhin ang POEA documents mo.

Eto gawin mo guide. Since Married kna make sure your expected salary is almost twice as what you have now. (Just my two cents).
