hi there,

if your girlfriend purpose is just to visit malaysia for few days i think you dont need an invitation letter, What your girlfriend needs Show Money, Return Ticker, Company or Business ID (proof that she is working or have business in the PH) and hotel booking (even fake one its ok).

although i remember this is one of the requirements if your applying 3 month SOCIAL VISA in the Malaysia Embassy (located in the PH), but for few days stay this is optional

she need to convince the Immigration Officer that she will not be working here, and her real purpose is just to spend holiday, she can bring other proof such as (House/Lot/ documents?), also make sure that the ticket is not exactly 1 month ( should be 5 to 10days only) something like that,

Please take note the Immigration officer are more strict on ladies compare to guys, due to human-trafficking / prostitution issues.

Good luck to her.

yes i have girlfriends's and most of them have encounter this  Grin Grin , that's why we know now the technique, and the most effective way is the COMPANY ID. So what they do is to kept their previous or old company ID, just to lessen the hassle going out to the country.

sir ndi po ba too much na to.. "she can bring other proof such as (House/Lot/ documents?)"? ndi nman to US tska bka mas lalo sila magduda kasi for a tourist bat may mga dala kang ganyan docs.. hehehe just my 2 cents  Smiley

just want to share my exp.. when my gf first went here to visit me she just presented these documents:

1. My passport copy
2. My EP copy
3. Her ticket - should have return ticket
4. Invitation Letter which i just made - di na kelangan ng authentication sa embassy or company just take note that it should have your signature! It was my mistake not to sign the letter. Kya dito sya nagkaproblema. They almost barred her from her flight kasi they wanted me to fax them a new letter with a signature. eh ang prob sobrang aga kya wla ako makita pagfafaxan. Pero they let her go during her boarding time so more than 30 mins sya na hold dun sa imigration office.

Lastly be friendly.. Smiley eto yun ticket nya kya sya pinaalis hehe yun iba kasi nangaaway kaya ayun lalo di pinaalis nun imigration..

Tip nman pagdating nya dito sa immigration sa MY. Unat unang tatanongin nila is kung may dalang cash.

So ayun lang good luck sir! Just tell her to relax kpag tatanongin sya dun sa imigration  Smiley

ei go tho my blog... I remember I write my experience on the 3 months visa.... http://richellepeh.blogspot.com/2011/12/how-to-get-90-days-visa-for-malaysia.html

hope it helps... and by the way, its really damn strict now more worst than last year, bcos of "6p" new law again...
and sometime even u go to philippines and fetch her, there's a chance that they wont allow her to go in the country..

Lucky me I never had that experience(bcos before i go here I asked some full of experience pinays using tourist visa here hehe),
ask ur gf dont put make up at all, no nail polish make sure nails are clean, no hair color natural hair more good, dont send SMS to suspected people inside airport, "they have text and call detection by the way, and even if u pass the immigration dont talk talk (there are immigration walking around wearing normal clothes disguise)", dont wear sexy this is a malay country, and relax >< they got the heat detection and camera once they notice u sorry need to go office..  and dont bring too much money usual is Rm 1,000...(my sister brought big amount of cash immigration questioned her ><) ... FYI i go and out of this country for more than 2 years for so many times, can u imagine I renew my passport bcos in 2 year time my passport is full of chop no more space to chop hahaha

anyway last but defenitely not the least ask ur gf go to church any church pray sincerely, (it works for the prayer only hehe bcos i dun usually bring cash, I prefer cards) prayer plus action = success ...

hello everyone, thanks for the reply but

first of all, dream maker is a LOCAL here, he doesn't have working permit and other stuff your asking.  Smiley Smiley. second, he cannot understand your tagalog reply (please translate it and thank you in advance).

His case is different to us since the invitation is coming from a LOCAL here in Malaysia. The immigration officer will always think that the one inviting him is her employer. Of course they would be more strict if that is the case. So the girlfriend must provide valid and heavy reasons that she is coming back. And one way to prove it is by having an existing work here in the Philippines or she got a business and properties.

but still its not an assurance that the immigration officer will let her passed, still a lot of questions maybe (depends on her luck and mood of the officer ) will be thrown to her, but the working ID and Business documents will give her a higher chance and would convince the immigration officer.

Base on my experience daydreamer, sometimes its better not to mentioned that he is going to visit you (because of your citizenship tons of questions will be coming out like where did you met him /her? how are you related and other freaking crazy questions) instead give a reason that she is going to have a NORMAL TOUR and explore Malaysia for Several Days.

Summing it up your girlfriend needs Return ticket, Hotel Accommodation and Show Money and throw a thousand of smiles to the Immigration officer.
