i have a chinese-malay boyfriend and now he want me to stay here in malaysia for good we have plans to settle down...but unfortunately were not yet ready to get married. Normally i used to visit him using a tourist visa and it last only for one month aside from that i also have an eight year old child and  i want to bring her here with me. Is there any chance that we (me and my child) can have a long term visa? Wht are the posibilities and requirements? please help me...

if im not mistaken po pde mo ipaextend stay mo sa immigration dept sa putrajaya for another 2 months. in this case, kelangan ng sponsorship from local citizen and a valid reason. so u can try po once ur here for vacation.

that will only happen pagnagpakasal k s local citizen d2. as far as i know, mas mabilis ang processing pag malay ang napangasawa mo dahil they r more interested in religous conversion.

Even getting a PR mahirap d2 unlike singapore.

Hi Julz,

If your BF wants you and your kid to stay here longer, get a job or married your bf  Grin

i Agree on this juls...

Im not telling you that there is no other way, but we are telling you this is the easiest way. Next option mo is ung 3 MONTHS VISA with sponsorship ng BF mo. But you need to apply this in the PH.

Please take note that DONT DECLARE your SELF as FIANCEE if your currently MARRIED in the PH. Although they are going to question you how are you related to the sponsor. Pero kung di ka naman married, declare mo lang na fiancee ka at sabihin mong may mga tinatapos lang na documents.

next possible ways for you to stay longer

1.) have a work here
2.) Apply Malaysia my Second Home - (requires 150,000.00)RM in the BANK, must have business here and have employees around 10 to 20 LOCALS.

its your choice.... and good luck
