Just wanna share my friend's experience a while ago...

he was on his way to work kanina ng tumigil ung car ng police sa harap nya.. asking questions like "if he is a foreigner, where is his NRIC.. etc.." then my friend showed his "Scanned Visa na parang ID" and the police did not honor that... so he said to the policemen that he has multiple entry visa and the passport is nasa condo.. so they went back pa to their place to show lang his passport.. then the police left after seeing his passport talga..

just wondering.. almost everyone i know from here has that "scanned visa" para ndi mo dala dala ung passport mo lagi.. and from what happened kanina.. based on my friend's experience..ndi pala nihohonor ngpolice un.. parang mahirap kase dalhin lagi ung Passport mo.. kase ayun ung buhay mo.. uso pa naman din ung snatching dito.. accordiing to my local friends.. what to do?... what to do??....

not being negative ha.. baka lang may ma share kayong better idea po Smiley thanks

cguru pwde nating sabihing depende sa police officer? san ba sia located? kasi sakin naharang narin ako ng police, checking for my papers and everything, i only have a photocopy of it together with my passport, so far, un din ang iniiwan ko kapag pumapasok ako sa mga DATACENTER, and other secured places where in kailangan mag iwan ng ID.

another option po dito, meron ung ID Card, na kukunin sa immigration sa putrajaya, free po un, kaso medyo malayu layu lang ung pag kukuhanan... regarding the requirements bring your original passport po

Last time po nakakuha ako ng ID Card (color violet if house staff/maid else brown po).
As of this moment, most of the police/immigration officers di nila inaacept un..tulad ng ngyari sa amin last time..ended up of an argument...sabi ko nga ano pang dahilan at pumunta ako sa immigration office na napakalayo tas di rin pala marerecognize....then they just allowed me to go..hahaha..natakot ata..

Now, i just have a photocopy ng  first page of my passport and ung page na may EP..so far 3 times ko ng nagamit photocopy ko no issue nmn..hassle kasi ang mgdala ng passport..lalo at pabigla bigla ang ulan dito..

and depende rin yan how you communicate with them..hehehe
