i have been in and out of Singapore selling to OFWs there for The Lakeshore and have had a lot of kababayans that have invested with us already. Just to give an overview of The Lakeshore:
-This is a 350 hectare development project in Mexico Pampanga that consists of 10 residential villages and 2 commercial villages.
-along NLEX po ito and is just 15 mins to Clark airport and 45 mins to Manila.
- may 12-hectare man-made lake and 1,100sqm man-made island po dito.
- there are water sports activities here at the lake like wind surfing, kayaking, sail boating, fishing, etc.
- flood free po ang area na ito becoz of the elevation kaya nung lumubog po ang bulacan and pangasinan last year during a typhoon, lakeshore was not affected at all.
-Just for everyone's info, na approve na po ang Railway project from Manila to Clark because the Government wants to move NAIA to Clark airport.
-Also yung expressway na SCTEX (Subic, Clark, Tarlac expressway) is already extending all the way up to Rosario, La Union project completion is December 2013 kaya investing on a Lot or house and lot at The Lakeshore will be very ideal and strategic because the value of the property here will definitely shoot up.

Kaya nga po ang Forbes park is selling at not less than Php 200,000.00 per sqm kasi it is near NAIA and Makati and since NAIA will be moving to Clark, then Lakeshore will be the next Forbes park or Corinthian gardens in the north in terms of value. 80% sold na ang mga lots at the Lakeshore and development in the majority of the project has been completed already. The latest village that is undergoing development is the Parklane Village.

For terms of payment po as low as Php 9,500.00/month may lot na po kayo na 125sqm or kung gusto niyo ng house and lot as low as Php 17,000.00/month may house and lot na po kayo.
