Exclusive lang para sa mga kababayang Noypi.

This is a Residential Comp (Secure Siya - Me Roving Guard naman, saka mostly Chinese yung mga occupants.)
Walking Distance to LRT (Taman Bahagia Station) - 10 Minutes Walk.
Near SS2 (Bus Station) - 3 Minutes Walk
Near Sea Park (Bus Station) - 5 Minutes Walk
Free Water
Fully Furnished (Washing Machine, TV, Gas Stove, Cooking Utensils, Ref, etc.)
Pede po magluto...ng masasarap na pagkaing noypi at dapat nag-aalok sa housmate.
Room will have (1 Bed (single) - 1 Closet - Study table - saka mga lalagyanan ng abubot)
Shared/TM Broadband (Unlimited Bandwith 5 Mbps) 50RM
No Aircon. Pero maganda naman vetilation.
Pede mag smoke pero dun lang sa open air (sa mini terrace). Di pwede sa loob me asthma ako eh.

Cyberjaya ako maaassign may shuttle bus po ba going to cyberjaya? Kasi kung mayroon pwede po bang reserve na lang po sakin. Lilipat po ako next next week.
